San Luis is a beautiful vereda in Acevedo Huila, surrounded by nature reserves and an abundance of native flora and fauna.
This ombligon is a relatively new variety that is characterised by its sweet citrus and distinct cocoa notes. Ripe cherries are picked and placed in sealed bags to ferment for a period of 24 hours before being pulped, washed and placed on raised drying beds to dry.
