Shipping policy

All orders are processed and packaged by our dispatch legends at Loma HQ in Byron Bay.

The estimated delivery time is from the date the order has shipped, not necessarily the date of the order. All orders are usually shipped within 2 *business days. Please allow an additional 5 days for regional delivery.

*Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Although we’d love to hand deliver everyone's coffee to the door and say g'day, unfortunately, we have to utilise the good people at Aus Post or another courier company to handle the delivery of your orders. Once the order has left our hands at Byron HQ, any delay, late delivery or failure to deliver will have to be taken up with the delivery provider. We are always happy to help though, if you have any queries about placing an order or an order you have received, please contact our Support Team.

Some brewing equipment and machines may be drop-shipped from the Australian distributor if not in stock. This may take a few extra days to get to you.

For all interstate orders, we ship via Star Shippit using a combination of services including Australia Post and couriers, based on the best shipping price we can provide to you.

 

International Shipping

We use Auspost for all international web orders. Delivery times are dependent on customs, shipping, and local postal services. Free shipping does not apply to these orders.

 

Tracking

All postage is sent with tracking details as long as you provide an email address.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.

If you haven't received your order within one week of ordering online, contact us at support@lomacoffee.co and we will do our best to help you with your inquiry.

 

Returns

Not stoked on your coffee selection? No stress, we want you to be 100% happy with your coffee purchase! We gladly accept returns for coffee if it’s unopened and in its original state within 7 days of delivery. There are so many variables when it comes to making coffee, even more in the home environment. Different machines, brew gear, grinders, the list goes on. We know our coffee is epic so reach out to our support team to ensure you are getting the best out of our coffee and you enjoy your beautiful Loma moment at home.
